CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

  • Barbell Pump: Is a barbell-focused exercise class. Using the barbell we focus on getting you lean, toned and increasing your fitness levels. Using a high rep rate, and light to moderate weight on the barbell we give you superb full body work out.
  • Spin: Spin is a high-intensity cycling class. Using stationary spin bikes you can climb hills, a sprint along flats or cycle through rolling hills all of which are led by your instructor. These interval workouts will lead to optimal fat burn and improved strength and fitness.
  • Boxercise: This is a fun fitness class designed to burn fat and keep you fit. Your instructor will use boxing drills and techniques to get you fighting fit. The class is non-contact and you will be using pads and gloves when boxing. Your instructor may use other exercises to complement these boxing drills helping strengthen your core and other areas of your body.
  • Early Bird Circuits/ Circuits: The circuit class may vary from body conditioning to muscular endurance. Traditionally the class compromises different exercise stations where the participant would perform an exercise for a set time before moving onto the next one until the full circuit of all stations is completed. This method offers you a fun and varied full-body workout every time.
  • H.I.I.T: H.I.I.T stands for high-intensity interval training. H.I.I.T is a total body conditioning and strength and conditions exercise class. It is an interval-based class combining full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio exercises, This will help to tone and shape your body and help increase your endurance levels. Why not try our H.I.I.T & ABS class where we use different exercises to help strengthen your core muscles ( mainly the belly and mid and lower back)
  • Active Age: This is an exercise class suited to all ages. Our active age class will improve overall health, boost energy levels, the class focuses on moderate to light exercises delivered in a fun, inclusive environment.
  • WOD (Workout of the day): This class is a workout selected by the instructor and contains a mixture of different exercises and utilise different types of strength and fitness training.
  • Speedflex: This is a high-intensity low impact fitness class. Speedflex uses its revolutionary speed flex machine along with other auxiliary exercises to give you a full-body training session. It's suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.
  • Strength & Conditioning: This class is great for anyone looking to improve sporting / physical performance. S&C is used to develop every area of the body and improve the way a person moves.
  • Pure Power Circuits: This class is for people looking to develop power and strength and also improve the stamina and fitness levels.

Booking Procedures / Class Policies:

  • Fitness classes can only be booked 24hrs in advance.
  • Classes are included in your membership.
  • When booking online non members will be required to make payment to reserve your spot.
  • If for any reason you need to cancel please contact us by calling 043 33 46431 or by cancelling your booking online.
  • If for any reason we need to cancel a class all people who are booked in will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
  • If you fail to turn up 5 minutes into the class we may give your slot to another person waiting on a slot.
