20-20-20 challenge

Hi guys, we have put a nice little home workout challenge together for you to do over the next 20 days, It starts on April 6th and all you have to do to enter is drop an email to gym.longford@coralleisure.ie to opt in. I will then send you on a 20 day programme you can do directly from your own home and you will also have access to videos to help you with the workouts along the way. We will pick the winner of the 3 month full membership (classes included) at the end of the 20 days at random.
