Gym & Classes

• Sessions must be pre booked online  or by phone (043) 3346431

 

• You must  bring your own towel and water

 

• You must check in at reception upon arrival

 

• Please use the hand sanitizing stations provided

 

• While waiting for class to start please stand on the lines that indicate the appropriate social distancing

 

• Please wipe down your equipment before and after use

 

• Attendees must maintain social distancing when entering and exiting sessions

 

• Attendees must train alone

 

• Shower and changing facilities are unavailable

 

• If you feel unwell please let your instructor know
